Cadnat drafts and stores your plan files on your own machines. If you connect an AI model hosted by a third party (bring your own model), the text of your requests and the context needed to answer them (such as parameters and a drawing summary) are sent to that provider and are governed by its terms; Free Parameter LLC is not responsible for third-party services. Exclusions apply; see Privacy.

Every plan server runs one job at a time, with a safety limit of 30 plan jobs per day. Most contractor features work completely offline; AI requests to a hosted model, map and terrain lookups, and the link between your phone and PC need a connection.

Licensing

What you pay for, and what stays free

Cadnat is proprietary software, © 2026 Free Parameter LLC. All rights reserved. The Community license is free: anyone on Linux can download and use the desktop app at no cost. Pro and Builder are paid licenses.

Cadnat generators are open source (coming soon).

A subscription pays for the convenience and the people behind it: a phone app built and paired for your PC, the plan server installer and its updates, new generator packs, setup help and support.

Your files are never locked to a subscription. The DXF and PDF sets you draft are yours, and they open without Cadnat.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes. Monthly plans stop at the end of the current month; annual plans at the end of the year you paid for. You keep every file you drafted, and the desktop app keeps working on the free Community license.

Who handles payment?

Stripe. Free Parameter LLC never sees or stores your full card number. Stripe emails your receipt.

Refunds?

If Cadnat Plans does not work for you, email us within 14 days of your first payment for a full refund.

Do you offer invoices or team billing?

Builder covers up to 5 phones on one plan server. For more phones, several servers or invoicing, email us.

Is anything metered?

No usage fees from Cadnat. If your AI agent uses a hosted model, that provider bills you directly under your own account.
